About

The e-Loft is a private entrepreneurial support company specializing in start-up ventures and other Stage 1 companies/organizations. We are different than government-funded programs in that we are staffed by small business owners who are experienced in the formation, development and operation of all types of business. We can provide turn-key services from due diligence evaluations and business plan development, to market studies and business structure development, to operational procedures and guidance and marketing support. Or if you’d prefer, we can fill a specific need for you and your development team. We bring real world experience and expertise to the business development process.

In addition to our consulting expertise, e-Loft also provides an array of supplemental services to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. We offer education and training programs that can help you better understand the startup process, or aid you in moving your business forward toward profitability. In those instances where applicable, the e-Loft also teams with The Big Chair Club, LLC, an Upper Peninsula based venture capital firm.

When it comes to entrepreneurial support and success, the e-Loft is the difference maker.
